We always need volunteers – no soccer skills required!

Here’s a short-list of some of the tasks. If you’d like to help on a specific task or would like to find out how you can help in other ways, email BSC at info@brooksidesoccer.org.

Game day tasks

  • Setting up and taking down the Kindergarten and Pre-K fields
  • Setting up other fields
  • Lost-and-found collections and management
  • Monitoring fields during games


    • Administration

  • Organizing, scheduling and contacting volunteers
  • Grant writing
  • Selling sponsorships
  • Writing newsletters, email and blog posts
  • Special event management (for example, end of season events)
  • Secretary to record board meeting minutes
  • Operations management (managing vendors for mowing and striping vendors, portable toilet vendors, etc.)
  • Referee scheduling and communication
