BROOKSIDE SOCCER CLUB – SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

BSC strives to make our fees as low as possible, but we understand that sometimes economic circumstances make the fees too much for a family to bear. Our goal is allow every child who wants to play soccer, to play.

Scholarships are need-based and limited to no more than 50% of the season registration fee (this does not include the late fee.) Scholarships are not transferable, refundable and have no cash value.

Applications may be dropped off at one of the walk-in registration days (preferred) or mailed to the BSC treasurer, postmarked no later than August 7th, 2011. Applications received after this date will be reviewed, but may not be granted due to limited funds.

All information in this application will be treated confidentially.

If you register online, you will be required to pay the full amount at the time of registration. If you scholarship application is accepted, you will be credited the amount of the scholarship to your credit card.

We will notify you of the status of your application before registration closes.
