Brookside Soccer Club (BSC) Opportunities for Improvement

BSC needs your ideas and solutions on areas that can be changed for the better. The goal is for everyone to have an opportunity to drive improvements in BSC.

What are “Opportunities for Improvements”? These are small improvements that someone can lead and implement in a 20 minute to 2 hour time-frame. Anything more should be submitted to the Brookside Soccer Club board of directors for consideration and resourcing.

The first questions that are asked; “Is this improvement something you can do, can be completed in a reasonable time frame, or can this improvement be implemented with reasonable resources?” Are asked as a reminder that this is a volunteer-based league and that we manage all of our resources prudently in order to maximize the value BSC offers our players.

All ideas are reviewed at our monthly board of directors meetings during the first week of the month. We will respond immediately following those meetings on implementation details or the idea disposition with a reason.
